COMPANY PROFILE
Graph Building Pty Limited, previously known as D.F. McCloy Constructions Pty Limited, began as a part of the McCloy Group of Companies. Based in the Lake Macquarie suburb of Belmont, the McCloy Group commenced business as a building contractor in 1961, constructing commercial buildings and multi-unit housing developments. In the early 1990’s, the McCloy Group diversified into residential land development, which is now its core business. In mid 1999 the McCloy family sold the building company to its senior management, after which the Graph name was adopted.
Since 1999, Graph has continued to operate as a commercial builder, and it also still constructs multi-unit residential projects (both medium density and multi-level apartments buildings). It has maintained the philosophy of providing quality workmanship, superior service and competitive pricing as the foundation of the company’s ongoing success.
Graph has the expertise to deliver a diversity of project types, and under a range of contract arrangements including traditional tender, design and construct, project/construction management (often with a guaranteed maximum price). Projects are typically valued in the range $1m to $20m.
The projects listed on this website have all been undertaken over the past nine years. If projects completed under the previous McCloy ownership were added, there would be even a wider diversity of projects in terms of both type and size.
